Are you thinking about making some changes to the exterior of your home? Be sure to review our "ACC Procedure Steps" document below and the "VM6 ACC Request Form". You may also have to submit your request to the Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) as we are in a historic district. Be sure to carefully read and gather all your information. If you have a question please reach out to a ACC Committee member as they can help guide you through the process.

APPROVED HOA COLOR PALETTE
Approved Color Palette
Villa Monterey #6 has approved various colors for your home and trim. When painting your house, you still need to fill out an ACC Request Form but if you choose paint colors from the approved list, the ACC Request will be quickly approved by the board. Please see "VM6 color palette" document below to reference the Sherwin Williams colors.
Please understand, you can use ANY paint manufacturer, the Sherwin Williams charts are for reference. When filling out the ACC Request Form, please include a color chip or reference the color ID.
